Program Highlights
10 Days Mount Kilimanjaro Trekking and Wildlife Safari, combine Machame 6 Days trek, and 2 Days Safari to Ngorongoro crater and Lake Manyara national park.
Clients may arrive at any time on day 1. There is a pre-trip meeting in the evening.
With prior notice, private transfers from Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) to your lodge in Arusha can be arranged by Kilipeak Adventure.
All airport transfers are part of the package, no extra fee is required.
The Machame route is the most popular on the mountain and not without good reason. Acclimatization allowance combined with varied topography and features along the way makes it one of the most interesting ascents of Mount Kilimanjaro.
We climb to the Shira Plateau, then traverse the mountain beneath Kilimanjaro’s Southern Icefield, before summiting from Barafu Hut. The total time on the mountain is 6 days.
Day 1: Arrival day for your Mt Kilimanjaro and Safari tour.
We stay at Masailand Safari Lodge, which is a beautiful Hotel located on the lower slopes of Mount Meru and is a perfect place to prepare you for adventure.
We will gather in the evening for a pre-climb briefing and an equipment check.
We will also confirm you have the appropriate mandatory medical coverage and travel insurance.

Day 2: Machame Gate to Machame Hut (Mount Kilimanjaro Climb)
The climb starts from Machame gate (1830m), we walk through the lush lower slopes of Mt. Kilimanjaro. Slowly gaining altitude while enjoying the diverse flora and fauna of the rain forest, you will arrive at the first Machame Hut, situated at 3000m above sea level
It is a clear day we may get our first closer look at the glaciated dome of Kibo if the evening clouds permit.
Machame Gate to Machame Hut (3,000 m): 6-7 hours walking.
Day 4: Machame Camp to Shira Camp (Mount Kilimanjaro Climb)
A shorter day climbing up a steep ridge to reach a small semicircular cliff known as a picnic site, and continue up a gentler ascent through the lower alpine moorland, which is known for beautiful wild alpine flowers. The most spectacular views of the Kibo peak can be seen from Shira Camp.
Machame Hut to Shira Camp (3,840m); 4-6 hours walking.
Day 4: Shira Camp to Barranco Valley (Mount Kilimanjaro Climb)
Today we walk on a gentle ascent and panoramic views. We traverse the southwest side of Kilimanjaro, passing underneath the Lava Tower and the final section of the Western Breach and after hot lunch the bottom of the Lava Tower (4,600 m.) we descend to the bottom of the Great Barranco valley (3,900 m.).
Shira Camp to Barranco valley (3,900 m.): 5-7 hours walking.
Day 5: Barranco Camp to Barafu Camp (Mount Kilimanjaro Climb)
A steep climb up the eastern wall leads us just below the Heim Glacier, where we may have some spectacular views of Kilimanjaro. We then take a steep exit up the Great Barranco Wall, which divides us from the southeastern slopes of Kibo, the trail continues down into the alpine desert of the Karanga Valley. After a short break for a hot lunch, we take a steep climb out of Karanga, and an easy path on compacted scree with wide views through this empty and dry landscape up to Barafu Camp. The two peaks Kibo and Mawenzi can be seen from Barafu Camp. After a hot lunch at the Camp, The remainder of the day is spent resting as we prepare for the final ascent before an early night summit walk.
Barranco Camp to Barafu Camp (4,600 m): 7-9 hours walking.
Day 6: Barafu Camp to Summit to Mweka Camp (Mount Kilimanjaro Climb)
Wake up before midnight in the cover of darkness. We begin a steep climb over loose volcanic scree has some well-graded zig-zags and a slow but steady pace will take us to the rim of the main crater, Stella Point, at 5,735m. We will rest there for a few minutes to enjoy the sunrise over Mawenzi. Those who are still feeling good can continue slowly to make the two hour round trip from here along the crater rim to the main peak (5,895 m), which is the highest point in Africa. After a few minutes to appreciate your accomplishment we descend to Barafu is amazingly fast, and we stop at Barafu Camp for some refreshment, we continue to descend to reach Mweka Camp.
Barafu Camp to Summit to Mweka Camp (3100 m): 13-15 hours walking.
Day 7: Mweka Camp to Mweka Gate back Arusha (End of Mount Kilimanjaro Climb)
A gentle walk takes us down through the rainforest to Mweka gate successful climbers will receive their summit certificates. After lunch, we drive back to Arusha Safari Lodge.
Mweka Camp to Mweka Gate: 3-5 hours walking.
Dinner and overnight at Masailand Safari Lodge: Bed, and Breakfast.
Day 8: Game Drive to Ngorongoro Crater.(Tanzania Safari)
Today we will descend 2000 feet (over 600 meters) to the floor of the Ngorongoro Crater for your crater tour. Here we will explore the forest areas inhabited by monkeys and elephants, the lake area, where we may see flamingos. We will also visit the open savannah where the lions hunt. Picnic lunch will be served in the crater. In the late afternoon, we make a short journey to Karatu.

Day 9: Lake Manyara National Park. (Tanzania Safari)
We depart from your lodge in Karatu and proceed to Lake Manyara National Park. Although small in size, this park is one of the most diverse reserves in the country. Lake Manyara covers two-thirds of the park. At the backdrop is the wall of the Great Rift Valley, before which lies the groundwater forest, areas of open grassland near the lake foreshore, and the Soda Lake. We enjoy a picnic lunch in this area, which consists of open grassy areas, hot springs, dense woodlands, and steep mountainsides. Lake Manyara National Park is a birding paradise that has more than 350 species of bird. The park is also famed for its unique and elusive tree-climbing lions.
In the afternoon we drive back to Arusha.

Day 10: Departure.
Depending on your flight schedule and departure point you will be transferred to the airport to connect your flight for further travel or a Zanzibar Beach tour that Kilipeak Adventure can help to arrange

Day 1: Arrive in Tanzania.
Arrive anytime at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO). We will arrange a private transfer from Kilimanjaro International Airport to Arusha, After clearing customs and immigration, our representative from Kilipeak Adventure will meet you and assist you with transfer to the Hotel in Arusha.

Day 2: Lake Manyara National Park
After breakfast, we depart to Lake Manyara national park for a game drive, Lake Manyara is a shallow freshwater lake in Tanzania. It is said to be the “loveliest [lake] … in Africa,” Lake Manyara is covering 127 square miles (329 km2) of Lake Manyara National Park, the lake’s alkaline waters cover approximately 89 square miles (231 km2). It is famous for a tree-climbing lion also a good number of baboons and birdlife, also home to herbivores such as hippos, impalas, elephants, wildebeests, buffalo, warthogs, and giraffes, giant fig trees, and mahogany saw in the groundwater forest immediately around the park gates, later afternoon drive to our Campsite. Day 3: Serengeti National Park
Early Morning drive to the Serengeti National Park via Ngorongoro conservation area. The Serengeti National park covers 14,763 km² (5,700 square miles) of grassland plains and savanna as well as river trine forest and woodlands. The park lies in the north of the country, bordered to the north by the national Tanzania and Kenyan border, where it is continuous with the Masai Mara National Park reserve. Day 4: Another Full Day in Serengeti National Park
Full day game driving in the Serengeti plains, the endless, almost treeless grassland of the south is the most emblematic scenery of the park. This is where the wildebeest breed, as they remain in the plains from December to May. Other hoofed animals- zebra, gazelle, impala, hartebeest, topi, buffalo, waterbuck – also occur in huge numbers during the wet season.

Day 5: Ngorongoro Conservation Area
After breakfast you depart for Ngorongoro viewing game across the vast Serengeti plains, stopping off en route for a picnic lunch. You then continue your journey towards Ngorongoro where you visit a Masai Village before you continue to your campsite, arriving by late afternoon. The Ngorongoro Crater is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and is often cited as one of the eight wonders of the world. Dinner and overnight at Ngorongoro Campsite: Bed, Dinner, Breakfast, and Lunch.
Day 6: Ngorongoro Crater Tour
After breakfast, we proceed to one of the natural wonders of the world, the Ngorongoro Crater. Descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for a full-day crater tour. This is a world heritage site, the incomparable Ngorongoro Crater is the world’s largest “caldera”. Dominated by cliffs standing some 600 meters high and presenting a sheer drop down to a wide-open space of some 246 square km, and you may see everything from elephant to lion, and if you’re lucky, the near-extinct black rhino, all amongst large herds of zebra and wildebeest. Dinner and Overnight at Karatu Campsite: Bed, Dinner, Breakfast, and Lunch.
Day 7: Tarangire National Park.
Departing Ngorongoro after breakfast, Drive to Tarangire National Park for a game drive, Tarangire is the sixth largest national park covers an area of approximately 2,850 square kilometers. Tarangire is famous for its huge number of elephants, baobab trees, and tree climbing African pythons. Later evening drive back to Arusha Dinner and overnight at Masai Camp: Bed, Dinner, Breakfast, and Lunch.
Day 8: Marangu Kilimanjaro Village walks.
Today we have an opportunity to visit one of the highest mountains in Africa Mount Kilimanjaro, our activities include waterfalls, Kilimanjaro viewpoint, and Coffee plantations, Changa Museum, Underground Tunnel, Changa Traditional, Chaga Local Food, and Banana Beer Experience with the unique view of Mount Kilimanjaro.

Day 9: Departure day
The morning after breakfast we will make a short journey to Arusha town for shopping and visit the local Maasai market then drive directly to the airport for the afternoon flight.

Day 1: Arrive in Nairobi
Met upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport will be met Kilipeak Adventure guide and briefed on your safari before being transferred to Osoita Lodge.
Overnight: Nairobi at The Boma: Meal Plan Bed and Breakfast.
Day 2: Lake Nakuru National Park.
Depart Nairobi and drive through the Great Rift Valley viewing scenery escarpment en-route. You will arrive with time for game drive proceeding to your lodge for check-in and have lunch. Check-in at Lake Nakuru Flamingo Lodge. Afternoon game drive across the Pink Lake often referred so due to its Great masses of Flamingos not forgetting the famous white Rhino and black rhino found in this park.

Day 3: Game Drive in Masai Mara.
Early morning game drive returns back to your camp for breakfast after breakfast Full day spends in the park with packed lunch in search of its popular residents like the well-known predators and their opponents like the Zebra, Wildebeest, Giraffe, Hippo and the dangerous Crocodiles with a visit to Mara river.
Later Meals and overnight at Julia’s River Camp.

Day 4: Another full day in Masai Mara.
A full day in the vast plains of Mara searches for the big five as you explore the famous Mara reserve. Morning and afternoon game drives taken.

Day 5: Masai Mara to Isibania onward to Serengeti national park.
After early breakfast check out and collect lunch boxes and leave for Isibenia there is an opportunity for en-route game viewing.
Arrive at Isibenia on time for Visa & Immigration formalities and proceed to Serengeti.

Day 6: Western Corridor of Serengeti for Great Migration tour
After breakfast, we head towards the western reaches of the Serengeti National Park, also known as the Western Corridor. We will do a game drive en-route from the Seronera area to the Western Corridor area.
We arrive in time for lunch at the lodge and after lunch will we enjoy an afternoon game drive in the area. The wildebeest migration can normally be found in the Western Corridor area in June, depending on rainfall patterns.

Day 7: Full day Watching Wildebeest Crossing on Crumeti River
Today we drive inside the Serengeti with the aim of viewing the migration crossing Grumeti River. The Great Migration is an astonishing race for life and an incredible sight to behold. The greatest wildlife phenomenon of them all, it’s an experience that will leave you completely speechless later evening back to Central Serengeti.

Day 8: Ngorongoro Crater.

Day 9: Arusha to Zanzibar
After breakfast or lunch at the hotel, we drive straight to Kilimanjaro International Airport to catch your flight to Zanzibar.
Meet and greet at Zanzibar airport then picked up to Stone town.

Day 10: Stone Town Tour.
Your program starts with a morning visit by the walk on our Historical Stone Town Tour. This tour takes you through fabled Stone Town, where history appears to stand still. With visits to the House of Wonders, the Palace Museum (People’s Palace), and the Arab Fort among st others, it is a fascinating look at the essence of Zanzibar. You will see Zanzibar’s bustling market, winding alleyways, ornately carved and studded doors, two cathedrals, and countless mosques!

Day 11: Spice Farm Tour.
Today you will go on an excursion to the spice and fruit plantations close to Stone town for the famous Spice Tour. We have developed a special spice tour with in-depth information not only about spices but also organically grown herbs and a detailed description of their traditional uses in medicine cosmetics and cooking. After the tour, we invite for an opulent lunch at our guides’ home, where you can taste the spices and fruits. After lunch, we take you to your beach resort.
On the way, you will pass Jozani Forest, the last habitat of the rare endemic Red Colobus Monkey. With a local guide, you stroll through Jozani Chwaka National Park and look at the rare monkeys. If you wish you can even wander down the boardwalk to the fascinating Mangrove Ecosystem.

Day 12: Snorkeling Tour.
Snorkeling in Zanzibar is an experience of a lifetime. Unlike many other popular snorkeling destinations around the world, it is still possible to find places that have never been explored along the coast. The many varieties of coral provide a home to thousands of colorful and exotic creatures, including blue ribbon tail rays, firefish and for the “Finding Nemo” fans, clownfish.

Day 13: Safari Blue Tour.
Morning at 7:30 picked up from your hotel to Fumba village where you will meet your special boat, it is about visiting three different sandbanks and you will stop in one of those for Seafood lunch where by later you do snorkeling and having the chance of seeing the dolphins. It is full day back at 17:30 Fumba village and arrives at the hotel around 18:30.then back to the hotel.

Day 14: Dolphins Trip
Today you will visit Kizimkazi. Situated on the southern point of the island, Kizimkazi fishing village is home to several schools of bottle-nosed dolphins and Humpback dolphins, which can often be sighted following a short boat trip from the village. If you are lucky, you may be able to swim quite close to the dolphins, which can be a very rewarding experience. We are doing this trip in the afternoon to avoid the crowds of tourists in the morning, which in big numbers disturbing the dolphins.

Day 15: Departure Day.
Depending on your flight schedule and departure point you will be transferred to the Zanzibar Airport to take a flight back home. If you are flying out of Dar es Salaam or Nairobi, we will arrange a connection flight for you to catch your flight back home.

Day 01: Lake Manyara National Park
After breakfast, our Serengeti Budget Mobile Camping Safari will start at Lake Manyara National Park. The captivating park is situated at the foot of the Great Rift Valley escarpment. The park has an extensive amount of species due to the various distinctive habitats. The shores of Lake Manyara are obscured with the pink hues of the flamingo. The park is home to over three hundred and fifty bird species and exotic birds often migrate to this sanctuary. You can expect to see the Cape clawless otter, buffalo, elephants, Egyptian mongoose, hippos, giraffes, impalas, and Lake Manyara National Park has the largest concentration of baboons in the world. We will enjoy a picnic lunch inside the park and in the afternoon we will proceed to our Campsite, comprehensive camping facilities are available.

Day 02: Serengeti National Park.
Early morning depart to Serengeti National Park. The route we travel happens to pass the crater rim – there is a small prospect of spotting some game. The Serengeti is currently categorized as one of the seven natural wonders of Africa. We will stop for an enticing picnic lunch on a kopje (rock outcropping). After lunch, your game drive will venture further into the Serengeti to complete the tour for the day. The Serengeti Camp will ensure that you are provided with comprehensive camping facilities.

Day 03: Full day Serengeti National Park.
Spend a full day in Serengeti for game drives, return to the camp for hot lunch then relaxation before departing for an afternoon game drive/you can depart with a picnic lunch box for a full day game drive.

Day 04: Ngorongoro Conservation Area.
After breakfast, Serengeti National Park for game drives, with picnic lunch box en-route game drive to Ngorongoro Crater Rim for dinner and overnight at Simba Campsite.

Day 05: Ngorongoro Crater Tour
Drive to Ngorongoro Crater and descend inside the crater for game drives with picnic lunch boxes. The crater walls provide a natural sanctuary for the animals, which means there is plenty to see: lions, elephants, buffalo, rhinos, and leopards. The only animal you won’t see here is a giraffe, whose long legs are unable to cope with the steeps sides of the crater. In the late afternoon, we travel back to Arusha.

Day 06: Arusha to Kilimanjaro Airport

Day 1: Arrival In Tanzania:
Arrive anytime at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO). We will arrange a private transfer from the Airport to Arusha at the African Tulip hotel, where the rest of the day is at leisure.
We stay at the African Tulip hotel, which is beautifully located on the slope of Mount. Meru is a perfect place to prepare for your adventure.
We will gather in the evening at the hotel for a pre-safari briefing and an equipment check.

Day 2: Serengeti National Park:
We head towards the Serengeti National Park. En route, there is an opportunity to visit Olduvai Gorge. It is within this steep-sided ravine that Louis and Mary Leakey made some of the world’s most important archaeological discoveries in the 1950s. Here is a small museum we are able to see evidence of our ancestors that have been dated back 2.5 million years. After lunch, we drive into the Serengeti itself and the rest of the afternoon is spent game viewing in the vast plains that are broken only by stands of acacia trees and the occasional kopje. In December, January and February we will normally meet the migration with large herds of wildebeest, zebra, and gazelle. There are always plenty of resident animals, such as giraffes, buffalo, and elephants, and many large predators such as lions, cheetah, and leopards. We return to our special tented camp for the balloon safari briefing.

DAY 3: Serengeti Balloon Ride and Game Drive In The Park:
Early morning pick up from your Tented camp to Balloon Safari is probably the most beautiful balloon flight in the world and the ultimate Safari Experience which makes you enjoy the most beautiful migration of wildebeests through the endless plain of Serengeti.
5:00 am, Serengeti Balloon Safaris will collect you from your central Serengeti lodge or camp, and transfer you by Landrover to our launch site near Masai Kopjes. Here you will meet your pilot, receive a briefing, and watch the inflation of your balloon.
At dawn we take off, rising as the sun rises and float in whichever direction the winds of the morning take us.
Your pilot can precisely control the altitude of your balloon: sometimes flying at treetop height, sometimes lower, offering a unique perspective and great photographic opportunities of the wildlife below. After breakfast, you are taken to the rendezvous point to meet with your driver guide and continue with your full-day game drives.

Day 4: En-Route Game Drive Serengeti to Ngorongoro Crater:
We start the day with an early morning game drive before heading to Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Ngorongoro is a special place in that it is a Conservation Area, not a National Park; this means that the whole area is managed by both the animals and the local Masai people who graze their cattle alongside the indigenous wildlife. During the drive-in Ngorongoro, we have a chance to glimpse something of the Maasai way of life. Finally, we descend into the crater. The crater walls provide a natural sanctuary for the animals, which means there is plenty to see: lions, elephants, buffalo, rhinos, and leopards (if you are lucky). The only animal you won’t see here is a giraffe, whose long legs are unable to cope with the steeps sides of the crater. In the late afternoon, we travel back to our special tented camp.

Day 5: Game drive in Lake Manyara National Park.
We depart from your tented lodge and proceed to Lake Manyara National Park. Although small in size, this park is one of the most diverse reserves in the country. Lake Manyara covers two-thirds of the park. At the backdrop is the wall of the Great Rift Valley, before which lies the groundwater forest, areas of open grassland near the lake foreshore, and the Soda Lake. We enjoy a picnic lunch in this area, which consists of open grassy areas, hot springs, dense woodlands, and steep mountainsides. Lake Manyara National Park is a birding paradise that has more than 350 species of bird. The park is also famed for its unique and elusive tree.
After lunch, we drive to Arusha for accommodation or to Kilimanjaro International Airport for your flight back home.

Program Description
Day 1: Arrive in Tanzania.
Arrive any at Kilimanjaro International Airport you will meet us at the arrival point with the signboard written your names on it. We will arrange a pick up transfer from the airport to Arusha at Masailand Safari Lodge to prepare for your safari adventure.
Dinner and overnight at Masailand Safari Lodge : Bed, and Breakfast.
Day 2: Arusha – Ngorongoro Crater.
Today we visit the largest intact volcanic crater in the world, the magnificent Ngorongoro Crater. At more than 2,000 feet deep and 12 miles in diameter, the Ngorongoro Crater has one of the largest concentrations of wildlife in Africa. 30,000 animals make their home in this crater, making it an ideal place for sightings of the ‘big 5′ – lion, elephant, rhino, buffalo, and leopard. We enjoy a game drive and picnic lunch in the crater, also known as the ’8th Wonder of the World’.

Day 3: Ngorongoro Conservation Area – Empakaai Crater.
After breakfast, we drive to Olmoti Crater for a half-day walk. Often we meet Maasai on the way. We walk to the waterfalls at the crater for a picnic lunch. In the afternoon we drive to our base camp at Empakaai Crater Rim (If you have an extra day this part of the journey could also be done on foot.) You will experience the serenity and quiet beauty of this wild spot. Surrounding the lake are many springs, where the wildlife is plentiful. In the lake, there are many flamingos.

Day 4: – Rift Valley Scarp.
Dawn rises and our lofty position affords a great sunrise. As we take breakfast our camp crew break camp and depart to send the camp ahead with donkeys. We then set off hiking with Maasai guides following a route that takes us through picturesque Maasai villages and rolling hills. Lunch can be taken on the route as a picnic or if guests are very fit a late lunch can be had in camp. In the late afternoon a hike up to a nearby viewpoint is highly recommended and a great place for sundowners.

Day 5: Empakaai Crater – Olmoti Crater.
Today we walk from Empakaai to Acacia Campsite. We descend the outer hills of the Great Rift Valley, walk through the open plains of the Embulbul depression, and pass through Nairobi village. We again have the opportunity to meet the local Maasai. Ol Doinyo Lengai and Mount Meru are seen along the way. Donkeys carry our luggage or it will be shuttled by car.

Day 6: Walking Oldonyo Lengai Mountain.
Today we walk to Oldonyo Lengai, the single active volcano mountain in Tanzania. The name means the Holy Mountain or mountain of God in Maasai. The steep trail will lead us down into the Rift Valley escarpment. After 5-6 hours of walking, we reach the foot of the inspiring mountain. Here you can decide if you want to camp at the Chini Ya Mlima campsite, or want to proceed to the Engaresero campsite, which is much more comfortable (showers!) and less hot both campsites are in the Lake Natron area.
After hot lunch at the camp proceed to Lake Manyara for a night.

Day 7: Game Drive Lake Manyara National Park.
We depart from the Camp in Mto Wa Mbu Village and proceed to Lake Manyara National Park. Although small in size, this park is one of the most diverse reserves in the country. Lake Manyara covers two-thirds of the park. At the backdrop is the wall of the Great Rift Valley, before which lies the groundwater forest, areas of open grassland near the lake foreshore, and the Soda Lake. We enjoy a picnic lunch in this area, which consists of open grassy areas, hot springs, dense woodlands, and steep mountainsides. Lake Manyara National Park is a birding paradise that has more than 350 species of bird. The park is also famed for its unique and elusive tree-climbing lions.
